As I’m in Malta at the moment I won’t be posting much until I get back in about 2 weeks and by that time I’ll be putting up pictures of this little fella right here:
My soon to be and yet to be named bichon frise x schnauzer mix puppy! I’m very excited about him and he will definitely be popping up from time to time in my posts! But what about until then? I’ll be getting a tan and enjoying the lovely Maltese sunshine!
We have these quirky miniature stone statues outside our house that I love taking pictures of. The flowers and plants around it make a great focal spot for photos! I love making collages of photos and the pictures here work really well together, I’m always pleased when that happens and I love seeing the garden in full bloom!
I was thinking the other day how different flowers can be from each other. Some are really delicate with paper thin leaves and others are big, bold and have bright colours, so I decided to take a few pictures in my garden today and I came across different textures that worked with each other and that’s how I came to writing this post! Flowers are by far the my favourite object to photograph because of so many different species, colour and variety. And if you take the photograph well then it can be magical!
It’s been a very fast two weeks, so fast in fact that I hadn’t realised I hadn’t posted for that long so that’s why I thought I’d start 3 things, Inspired by my favourite blog cupcakes and cashmere, I’ve decided to do a post every so often called 3 things where I take pictures of things I love at that moment!
It’s not long now until I get my puppy, I’m so excited! The first two pictures are of the puppy I’m going to get, it’s so cute and I’m bursting at the seams from the wait. Yesterday I bought a really fluffy dog bed and some quirky doggy bag holders, the pack had a really pretty bird on it and flowers and now over the coming weeks I’ll be buying all the stuff to welcome it home I can’t wait!
